Description
 
A buckle cake is an old fashion recipe for a single layer cake that is topped with a cinnamon, brown sugar streusel topping.   As the cake bakes, the batter will sink to the bottom of the baking pan, and the streusel will " buckle"  Hence the name Blueberry Buckle Cake.  A real treat and a great hostess gift as well.
